The Constructo Group Story
In 2003, Stephen Lentz, a seasoned construction expert, established Constructo Group. This general contracting company specializes in a wide spectrum of home renovations and additions in Victoria, BC Canada.
Now, Constructo Group is officially a Licensed Residential Builder (#55931). After collaborating on three garden suites with Owner-Builders - and thoroughly enjoying the process - we decided to take the next step. We completed the required training, submitted our experience credentials, and passed the exam.
From minor repairs to major additions and upscale renovations, and now garden suites, your project is carried out with competence and care. Our versatility stems from our commitment to meeting our customer's diverse needs.

The first is that Stephen Lentz is a man of integrity, as are all the members of his crew, so there‘s no fear of shoddy workmanship, unexplained extra costs, or being left in the lurch with a job half done. Both Stephen and Geoff are resourceful men of imagination, capable of finding solutions for the problems that crop up in construction; both keep up-to-date with current construction laws and with the latest home décor trends. Planning is a strong point: required permits are obtained, inspections arranged; materials are ordered in a timely fashion so projects aren‘t delayed. The crew arrives punctually, members communicate with civility, work well together. The work site is cleaned on a daily basis. Billing is detailed. Renovations Stephen undertook in 2020, including the installation of a barrier-less shower in our ensuite bathroom, enabled my husband to remain in our home; Stephen‘s experience installing aids for the disabled was a blessing for us both. Constructo Group remains my go-to renovation team, and I recommend them with confidence."
