Addition and renovation to make it easier for parents to continue living in their own home

It all started when...

In 2000, Stephen Lentz, an experienced carpenter, built an addition onto his parents home to make it easier for them to continue living there. This was a 'New Eyes' event for Stephen.  For example: Stephen began questioning the wisdom of installing materials that off-gas chemicals know to cause health issues. With the well-being of his parents on the line, he really appreciated trade contractors, suppliers and municipal building authorities who went out of their way to make sure his parents got the best job possible. Stephen realized that CSA approvals and Building Codes only guarantee minimum standards - not what he wanted for his parents.

In 2003, with these 'new eyes', Stephen founded ConstructoGroup. His vision: a coalition of craftsmen, designers, engineers, and suppliers, delivering renovations and additions with the care and consideration demonstated by the people working on his parrents home.  The mission: deliver renovations and additions, providing work and service of the highest quality - in a colaborative manner.
